BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
Birth Doula support for the whole you — body, mind, and heart!
Doula will be available to you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum via call/text/email.
A PRENATAL PREP SESSION
A well supported birth begins with teamwork. We will be your advocate every step of the way, including a visit to your provider. Together, we will discuss YOUR birth plan and express expectations to those who will be bringing your little one into world.
CONTINUOUS LABOR SUPORT
You will have the calm and reassuring presence of a birth doula helping to create your ideal birthing space. Helping you advocate for your unique wishes and if needed, pivot your plan as birth unfolds.
POSTPARTUM REFLECTION SESSION
Remember & reflect upon the joys, challenges and triumphs of empowered your birth. Receive support with nursing, pumping, baby care, and replenishing your body.
